Corydon Elementary School
Project Summary
Corydon Elementary was facing expansion. Shireman Construction was called as construction managers on the new addition. Three sides of the existing school were involved. Phasing was an important part of the construction plan in order to minimize disruption to the students and faculty during the school day. With excellent teamwork and communication between the Shireman team, school administration, and school personnel, the challenges were successfully met. The project was completed on time, within budget with minimal disruption.
