Owner Forrest Lucas contacted Shireman after a previous warehouse addition project by Shireman went so smoothly. The new project required a 10,000 sq.ft. design build project for their truck maintenance ship. Work consisted of 80’ technician’s pit area below the floor, heavy mezzanine storage, innovative lighting and HVAC. At the end of this project, the client told us, job well done, – just the thing we like to hear!
