Project Summary
Shireman Construction is proud to have built both Phase I and Phase II of the County Trace Apartments, a 28-unit senior apartment community designed to provide quality and affordable housing for income-qualified seniors and individuals with disabilities. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to working alongside communities to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
A highlight of the County Trace Apartments is its leadership in sustainability. One of the buildings was selected as the first LEED for Homes–certified apartment building in the state of Indiana, setting a new standard for environmentally responsible residential construction. Residents of the LEED-certified building benefit from energy-efficient systems, improved indoor air quality, and thoughtfully designed living spaces that reduce environmental impact while enhancing everyday comfort.
From initial construction through final completion, this project showcases our dedication to quality craftsmanship, community partnership, and forward-thinking building practices.
Project Stats
Shireman served as the County’s ‘eyes and ears’ at the construction site. As questions and challenges arose, Shireman answered them. Shireman’s experience and expertise in construction management has been made exceptionally clear.
