Les Smith

Les is another one of Shireman’s veterans, having been with the firm for over 20 years. He is a skilled craftsman who worked his way through the trades rising to project management. Les can effectively work and communicate with construction laborers all the way to the client’s board chairman. He has a strong communication skill set and hands-on experience from site development all the way through the warranty period.

As with our other project managers, Les will never ask contractors to perform something that he himself has not had experience with throughout his career. Les has been a project manager on many school projects.
