This bank branch is a rebuild and re-use of an historical home. The rebuild was under the strict guidelines of The Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana.
Shireman was hired to restore a badly fire-damaged historic site and convert it into a bank with drive-through. An addition was created to match the original facade.
It is rare that we work with a CM that shows the concern for the client that Shireman and their people do. The follow-up after substantial completion on the project was outstanding, the best of any construction manager we have ever worked with.
In my 25 years as an Architect, I have found Shireman to be one of the finest G.C. and Construction Managers in the State. When problems arise, they will not walk away. Instead, they find reasonable solution for everyone involved.
The $5.2 million dollar design build project was on time and under budget. The post occupancy evaluation of Shireman’s construction outcome is outstanding.
