The old Boys & Girls club or old jr/highschool will be renovated for 25 new apartments for senior living, and Shireman will be building a new facility directly behind the old building to house 20 more apartments.
The $5.2 million dollar design build project was on time and under budget. The post occupancy evaluation of Shireman’s construction outcome is outstanding.
