Morgan Elementary School
Project Summary
New addition and renovation to an elementary school. New parking and rerouting auto traffic. We worked closely with the architect, owner and staff to have detailed phasing plans prior to groundbreaking. We found a common sense asbestos consultant.
The project was completed on time and under budget. Project success was the result of spending countless hours with the owner and architect and building positive camaraderie with the construction team on site. Despite the challenges, the project was finished at $600,000 under budget.
