Summary
Shireman was hired as Construction Manager for the Dubois County Jail Expansion. Shireman is currently in the design phase of the project. Shireman is working in concert with RQAW on issues such as: Cost Savings Ideas, Constructibility, Preliminary Cost Estimates, Selection of Materials and Systems, Phasing and Energy Cost Efficiencies.

We are entrusted Shireman with our $16.8 million jail and courthouse project . We believe that communication is the key and we would rate them as ‘Excellent’ in that and many other areas.
