Harrison County Public Library in Corydon required an addition to their current facility. An historic bank adjacent to the library was converted to create a more spacious, modern library for the county. Through well-planned phasing, we were able to keep the library open throughout the project.
Did we make the right decision? Our project came in $700,000 under budget. There were no problems with subcontractors. We were kept informed so there were no ‘surprises’. Finally, the taxpayers got a structure that was attractive, functional, and secure.
I’m very pleased with the reconstruction of the 1817 Couborn-Porter Law office by James L. Shireman, Inc. Thanks to Shireman for their perfect reconstruction of this historic building.
Thanks to Shireman’s efforts as CM closely working with our Architects our project bid came in under the original budget and our County was able to add several alternates to our plans.
Let's discussyour project.
