Summary
Harrison County Public Library in Corydon required an addition to their current facility. An historic bank adjacent to the library was converted to create a more spacious, modern library for the county. Through well-planned phasing, we were able to keep the library open throughout the project.

Did we make the right decision? Our project came in $700,000 under budget. There were no problems with subcontractors. We were kept informed so there were no ‘surprises’. Finally, the taxpayers got a structure that was attractive, functional, and secure.

Shireman served as the County’s ‘eyes and ears’ at the construction site. As questions and challenges arose, Shireman answered them. Shireman’s experience and expertise in construction management has been made exceptionally clear.
